Quality Handgrip January 5, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Very sturdy construction. Comfortable rubber grip. Higher resistance than must spring style grips. Wider design allows for more "travel" and therefor better muscle development. Best grip I've owned to date.
Better than standard handgrips...still needs more power February 9, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I like the adjustable feature, and the grip feels more ergonomic than regular nonadjustable handgrips. However, it could use more power.
Very good May 9, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
it's work very good. Not so strong as i thought but in a cycle training it's work like hell. Prescribed
Not as tough as I expected. February 8, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I went with this particular grip strengthener because it looked like it would last me a while with it's adjust ability. I read the reviews of pretty much all the options available on Amazon and this looked to be the best. Boy was I wrong. I don't consider myself to be "strong" but this handgrip was a little too easy for me even on its highest setting. The only way to make it more difficult is to spread my hand further apart and use my fingertips instead. The fact that it is easily adjustable really doesn't factor in to its value for me because it really is only good on its highest setting. Had I known this, I would have probably purchased a non-adjustable more difficult handgrip. It's one of the better products available on Amazon, but I would only recommend this for absolute beginners.
Good Product for Short-Term Strengthening August 8, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The product was helpful for a few weeks. The greatest resistance isn't that challenging though. If you continue to get stronger and increase the resistance every use, this product will only last you two months at best. It is a better choice than grip strengtheners that cannot vary in resistance though.
