Grip Exersizer March 29, 2008 This is an excellent product. Because of the well thought out grip design, you do not develop blisters from use.
good for climbers September 14, 2008 I'm need in climbing at this hand grip is helping in my early climbing days :O)
Great for beginners. February 20, 2006 12 out of 14 found this review helpful
I bought this hand grip strengthener because my wife and grandkids weren't able to use mine. I obsessively use hand grip devices while watching movies or TV. I wanted the kids to be able to do the same. Now they can. The different resistance pieces are easy to change. I couldn't tell much difference between the #30 & #40 heads. But, after watching my wife & G-kids squeeze away on the Harbinger at lowest resistance, I am happy that I purchased them. Leave items like these on your coffee table... people will use them. Maybe TV is good for something after all.
Not bad February 1, 2006 12 out of 15 found this review helpful
I got this grip trainer last month. After some uses, it seems that the grip is durable and working good(although I can't say anything about how it will be from now on). It came with 3 weights, so I can switch the weight as my grip is improved. However, it seems that the grip is designed for people with big hands. My hands are average-sized, so it is not 100% comfortable to use it(although it is somehow acceptable size for me).
Great at Strengthening Hand and Arm Muscles March 25, 2008 After using this product several times a day for a week, I noticed improvements in my arm and hand strength. After a week I was able to increase to the next strength. Also good for stress relief.
