If you want hot this is the one. Go no further.
But be carefull it is want it claims to be.

Hottest Sauce in the Universe: no brag, just fact. I find that a single drop of Dave's Ultimate Insanity is more than equivalent to TEN drops of Tabasco. Why not five stars? While this sauce gives new meaning to the term extreme heat, I find the taste of Tabasco more pleasant. Ultimate Insanity adds a hint of a smokey/burnt flavor, which I assume is due to the roasted peppers. Try it for yourself..this the most heat you can get without notifying the Fire Marshall!

In the low-to-mid heat range as an extract sauce. Not unapproachable as a dip or topping, regardless of the label, although about a lid-full is almost always enough.
Good smoked/vinegar flavor; better than average for the genre, but not very good as a flavoring for anything except meats and chilis. I tried it and did not like it for Thai.
Warning: Hot enough that you want to avoid any amount on an empty stomach. (Don't just grab a spoon and try it, put it on something substantial.)

This is a hot sauce you buy just to dare your friends to eat it, then you put it away since it really doesn't have a good flavor just really hot. Maybe you will take it out next time another friend comes by and you want to dare them. Try Marie Sharps it is very hot and great tasting not just a party prank.
