Product Description
Blair's original hot sauce! This one started it all. You have to have this one in your kitchen. So many great uses, excellent on all shellfish, wings (of course), and awesome Bloody Marys! Winner "Best Hot Sauce" at the 2002 Fiery Food Challenge.

Not the hottest, but the flavor is unrivaled. June 5, 2005
This has got to be the best "hot" sauce ever where flavor is concerned. If you buy one of Blair's other hotter sauces you can add a bit of them to increase this sauces heat to your liking. It is about the same heat level as Tabasco but it has 100 times the flavor. I've never met anyone who didn't love this sauce after trying it.
