Product Description Jerking is a traditional style of barbecuing. This paste, when rubbed sparingly into meat should be left overnight for best results, then grilled or roasted slowly. Adjust to your taste...if you like it mild, or HOT! HOT! HOT!

This stuff is awexome! May 10, 2005 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
By mixing this with a little olive oil, and smearing it over the chicken, it provides a spicy, easy to grill (no/low sugar, hence, not blackened) chicken.
The BEST there is!!! April 1, 2004 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This product adds superb flavor to any meat. Great on steaks, pork, fish and chicken. Makes the best hot wings! Also great to inject into turkey and deep frying the turkey. Try it on catfish, shrimp, crab, lobster! Brings out the best of flavor.
authentic stuff! February 28, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is the closest thing to being in Jamaica. Even the Jamaicans I know in Ohio use Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning. This is definitely the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it!
Jamaican Jerk Review May 30, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I was elated to find out that I could purchase this product online without having to actually travel to Jamaica. I would normally have gotten someone to bring it back when they went or asked one of my relatives to send it from other places. This is the real stuff and I love it!
I'm so happy October 24, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I saw this product on the Food Network. I went on a cruise about 2-3 weeks later and ended up sharing a dinner table with an older couple from Jamaica. We discussed jerk seasonings and they mentioned this product since they now live in Jersey. I decided to purchase once I returned home. I ordered on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and to my surprise I received on Thursday. I have since made 2 dishes and I am so happy. I feel like I can enjoy the Caribbean whenever I want in my own kitchen. My next order I'm getting multiple bottles.
