Mango Salsa 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
red pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Mix well then sprinkle with teaspoon lime & coconut smoked sea salt
