Product Description Chef Paul Prudhommes Magic Seasoning Blends has been in business since 1982 when customers from Chef Pauls New Orleans-based K-Pauls Louisiana Kitchen restaurant began asking to take home the chefs unique seasonings. What was once a garage-housed operation has grown to a 50,000 square-foot plant. Currently, Magic Seasoning Blends offers all-natural, MSG free products in sixteen different blends; Magic Pepper Sauce; seven ground, dried Magic Chiles; four Magic Sauce & Marinades; and several cookbook gift-packs. With the exception of Pizza & Pasta seasonings and the sauce/marinades, all products are certified Kosher.

Best Hot Sauce - Rich and Complex Flavor February 2, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This stuff rocks on eggs or in chili. Highly recomended. It provides a rich warmth without being as sharp as Tobasco, and has a lot of layers of flavor. Unfortunately none of my local grocery stores carry it anymore, so I order it six-at-a-time from Amazon when I need replacements. I hope that they never stop making it...
Best All-Around Hot Sauce Ever! May 8, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This sauce is great on almost anything, partifcularly fried chicken, eggs, meatloaf, and french fries. It is not too hot and has a light hint of garlic and a tiny bit of sweetness. My favorite supermarket has stopped stocking it and I can't imagine why. Magic Pepper sauce beats tobasco sauce in my opinion.
Try it on everything that compliments its spiciness April 8, 2008 Didn't think it was great at first. I realized I had been putting it on various rice, bread and soup dishes that are notorious for canceling out the majority of spicy flavors. Then, I decided to try it out for dessert; on a sweet, juicy and ripened mango. Oh! The level of sophisticated flavors swimming gloriously in my mouth is hard to describe but I'll try. Even so, this pepper sauce is much better than any words I could ever muster. The joy I experienced when this awesome combination hit my tongue is sweet, spicy and sour that doesn't overpower each other's flavors! It's amazing how many different flavors they managed to squeeze in without making it feel like it's muddy or too much. This pepper sauce isn't as spicy as Tabasco, lacks the vinegar aftertaste and yet still manages to be more interesting and addicting even though it uses vinegar as well. The greatness of this sauce could be attested to the cane syrup which is also a favorite ingredient of mine in Jone's Soda :). As with all of Chef Paul's line of products, it still manages to compliment most other dishes quite nicely. Just make sure to try it properly on everything that doesn't cut its spiciness.
I couldn't recommend it enough October 23, 2008 I am a collector of hot sauce, with almost 100 bottles. This is easily the best hot sauce I have. I've been tempted more than once to drink it straight from the bottle.
I would say that it's at a medium spicy level.
