Product Description You need to lose weight, but how? It can be done. Ignore the Obesity Industrial Complex. The answer is within you. The Hot Sauce Diet was created and successfully self-implemented by a physician. This behavioral modification approach is described with honest simplicity and an injection of humor. There is one caveat; you need to use a lot of hot sauce. Enjoy your journey.

Cute concept July 10, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Not a bad book. I believe it is possible to lose weight on this, but I am not going to ruin my love of hotsauce by dumping a ton of it on everything I eat. But, I see how it works. Recommended for those out of control eaters.
What if you like hot sauce? May 20, 2007 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I eat very hot sauces, and I like them. How is hot sauce supposed to make me eat less?

Basically, just put hot sauce on everything. Get it hot enough and you will not eat as much. Duh! I thought there might be a little science to this, but it is just one man's success at loosing weight.
The Hot Sauce Diet: A Journey of behavior modification February 15, 2007 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book presents a rather radical approach to weight loss. It is probably a good alternative to other approaches when the individual has a strong compulsion to eat. I know that it works because I know Dr. Antoniades and was amazed at his weight loss. Time will tell whether the weight remains off or if the diet is continued over a long period of time. Hopefully, this approach can be used to gain control over the compulsion and lead to better eating habits without resorting to hot sauce.
Spice up your weight loss February 14, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
What an enjoyable book. I bought it thinking that there was something chemical about hot sauce that helped one with weight loss. Turns out that the hot sauce is merely to help one eat more slowly, drink more water and punish yourself for eating when you should not. Dr. Antoniades presents the various aspects of weight loss clearly, logically and amusingly. It's only 50 pages that reads quite quickly. The information in this book and the right motivation is all anyone needs.
