From the supplier: Avery Island, LA's McIlhenny Co is now offering several products, including Tabasco, Red Devil and Trappey's hot-pepper sauces in bulk form. The firm also plans to offer Tabasco brand dry spices in bulk form. McIlhenny's products derive their unique flavor from a special red pepper variety. The peppers are mashed with rock salt and allowed to slowly ferment in white-oak barrels.
