Manheimer Inc has developed a line of Mexican chile flavors which uses natural ingredients to approximate the taste and heat levels of 6 traditional Mexican chile preparations: chile anchoa, chile chipotle, chile de arbol, chile morita, chile mulato and chile pasilla. The oleoresin chile-type flavors are oil-based, but the company is also working on dried versions. These products can provide a stable supply of authentic chile flavors, which normally require elaborate drying and preparation methods.
