 Replaced Tai Chi & Qigong with Soul Movement May 20, 2007

I had been doing qi gong & tai chi evey morning for over an hour. It really helped decrease the arthritis pain in my back. However, I recently tried the techniques from this book called Soul Movement and Soul Dance. I did this the other morning in place of my qi gong. I only did this for fifteen minutes and I experienced such deep relaxation afterwards both on the emotional and physical level. I'd never felt quite like this after doing qi gong, and the feeling lasted longer. I was quite impressed. I encourage everyone to try this, even if you already practice some form of qi gong or yoga. I had spent months memorizing a hundred different qi gong and tai chi movements, and now find that my soul could care less about how much I have memorized; it is more happy doing Soul Movement and Soul Dance. Better not argue with the soul!

Soul Wisdom 1 is a magical book in that it transforms the reader's life with each word and sentence. The
word magical is not accurate in that the book actually uplifts the reader's soul as the words are read. This
book reveals the teachings that Master Sha brings to humanity. He is devoting his life to raising the con-
sciousness of all people. This book will touch the hearts and souls of all people who read Soul Wisdom 1. It is
clearly and simply written. It is practical. At the same time, it takes all readers into higher spiritual states of
being than has ever been offered to the public at large. What is written in this book has been with held from
humanity for thousands of years. I highly recommend this book as a way to spiritually grow. I cannot imagine
that there is anything on this earth that can bring greater love, joy, and light to readers than this book. I highly
recommend Soul Wisdom 1 for your soul, mind, and body. At this moment in history, I believe we all have a
need for more light, love, and joy. I deeply thank Master Zhi Gang Sha for offering this divine gift to all of us.

This book is filled with Divine Grace. When we walk into a temple or church, we feel that it is different than a grocery store. I can hold Webster's dictionary or a myriad of other books and not feel the tremendous upliftment that I feel when I hold Soul Wisdom to my heart. It was created in love and light for all humanity and gives untold blessings by holding it to my heart, reading it, and sleeping with it by my pillow. I am humbled by its healing presence in my life while also feeling more confident and grateful beyond words. It expands my mind to an enlightened way of seeing beyond what I have seen before and knowing more truth about the essence of life and soul purpose. Master Zhi Gang Sha is an extraordinary human being who has brought the true meaning of having a Spiritual Santa Claus in my life. His selfless gifts and treasures that he so freely devotes to all life pour out of this book bringing healing and improved energy. Opening the book is synonymous with stepping into a holy temple. The power and empowerment are blessings of the highest degree. It is as though Master Sha's ability to be a master of master teachers has been transposed into the ink and paper, giving this book a sacred life that has a living, loving, healing presence in my life.
