Years ago I discovered Ms McMahon's Salsa Cookbook. Since then I have sought out and bought every cookbook that she has written. Her Healthy Fiesta Cookbook contains recipes that will always come out picture-perfect if followed according to her instructions.
Her cookbooks also contain the bonus of stories of her growing up in her family Rancho in California. They explain in detail the uses of the ingredients and how they affect the finished entrees.
This Fiesta Cookbook along with the rest of her cookbooks will never disappoint, but make you feel as though you can make perfect Mexican dishes that will delight both friends as well as family.
